Let's set an intention this week to spend time unplugged from technology, our screens and mobiles to lower our anxiety levels, to combat stress and to balance our central nervous system.Â
Take some time to look at the sky, spend time in natural light and practice giving your body the space it needs to know what being relaxed and in a low stimulation environment.Â
