Join me as we unravel historical concepts that lead to misdiagnosed issues and see how biases and unfounded narratives play out over time and why it matters today. For the 2022 year, let’s make the resolution to become more in touch with our bodies, to listen to the internal cues, and work towards rebuilding and creating a healthier nation.
