A member of the Democratic Party, Carter served as the 76th govenor of Georgia from 1971 to 1975 and in thGeorgia State Senate from 1963 to 1967. Millennials, or members of Generation Y born between born between 1981 and 1994, rely heavily on use of technological tools.
Generation Z (Gen Z) having been born between 1997 and 2012 are sometimes called "zoomers" and are considered the first generation to be "digitally native"
Baby boomers born between mid-1946 and mid-1964 may not be as familiar with certain technologies and simply may not have a desire to use them.
