With the EU Parliament elections around the corner, we talk to Sofia Afanasjeva about how young people express their interest in politics and what barriers there are to their participation. Sofia tells us about her position as the representative of the Youth Outreach Unit and the strategies put in place to inform young people about their rights, duties and the EU decision-making processes.
