26 MAY 2022 · Such a pleasure to have Kemi Johnson on the show. I was introduced to Kemi whilst pregnant with Ocean. I didnt want another C section for a variety of reasons and which we talk about on the show. I wanted to feel empowered through my pregnancy and into the birth. I am so glad I did the research and stay informed so I could have the ecstatic birth I so craved.
Birth should be a joyous thing, but interventions can leave parents and babies completely traumatised in which then the work I do is clearing that birth story.
We all deserve to come into this world feeling safe from the get go!

29 NOV 2021 · I really enjoyed having Nicky on the show. Nicky's work is really about helping humans discover the stories that continue to keep us limited and stuck. We can often take our past into our present. We have created an identity based on these stories.Â
Nicky facilitates maturation, the growing into how who you were destined to be, seperate from the stories you have created about yourself, free from the meaning you have assigned to the experiences you have had as a human.
We are at interesting time on the planet as old ways are being dissolved, new ways are being birthed. New stories and new ways of being that are rooted in unique expression and Sovereignty.

I am so inspired by her journey and her willingness to be so open and so raw
This is what it takes to heal. To allow ourselves to be cracked open so that the light can enter us.
We might consider Darkness a bad thing, when things don’t quite go our way
We then look at ourselves as unworthy and that life just doesn’t like us.
If you can look at everything as an opportunity for us to step into our higher selves then we build resilience
Resilience is overlooked, same as selflessness. I believe that these principles are what we can build our lives on.
Like Feela I have dedicated my time,love and energy spreading the message of love and light. But I am no absent of Darkness and nor do I want to be, suffering is our greatest teacher. The contrast is necessary, it allows us to see very clearly what we don’t want
And then create a vision quest of where we want to be. Embark and Embrace a hero’s journey.
