Fit Project Podcast was founded on the belief that fitness and weight loss does not need to be complicated. In today's day and age, with the internet and all the information that it provides it can be very confusing. Personal trainers and influencers love to over complicate the process of getting in shape to make it seem like they are smarter and they have all the answers that no one else has. Well that's not the case! Fitness is actually not complicated and that's what this podcast is about!!

At the age of 15 I discovered the ability to alter my physique using exercise in the form of strength training. It did not just change my physique, it changed my mindset, and most importantly my life. I gained confidence in myself that as a teenager, I didn't realize was possible. I had more energy daily than I have ever experienced in the past. The gym created an obsession that had me interested in learning more. I grew interest in self improvement, which led to better habits in all aspects of my daily life. It kept me from getting into the video game rabbit whole as a teenager. Which can lead to poor posture, mental heath and nutritional choices. 13 Years later I am still chasing ways to self improve so that I can better help others with their own journey.

Tune in to The Fit Project Podcast every single Friday for fitness tips I have used to help over 1000 people implement exercise and proper nutrition into their daily lives to make them feel sexy again!
