6. Strong Friendships - How do we create them ?
8 JAN 2019 · A platonic friendship is a love that is purely spiritual. Have we forgotten how important friendships are ? In this I episode, i present my tool/mindset, when thinking about how we can strengthen friendships.
5. How to fight loneliness
2 NOV 2018 · This is by far the toughest one to narrow down, cause man it it easy to step on someone when going here. I really tried not make it to simple, but i still wanted it to be useful.
The suggested 3 steps to fight loneliness is:
1. Know your fight.
2. Strengthen ties and/or create new ones.
3. Get to know your loneliness.

My point is to make you aware, so that you can better understand it, and not be ruled by it.
