Bestselling Author, podcaster, motivational speaker,
and coach. Born in the Dominican Republic, she
grew up in Salem, Massachusetts. D. C. studied film
and television at New York University. After college
she joined the US Army, and proudly served for four
years.

9 APR 2025 · Donna Hall was born into a troubled family. Her mother seemed to have questionable taste in men. She met Donna's step-father when he was in prison and they got married within a year. Strangely, his last name was also Hall, and he was the prolific snitch in Philadelphia. But he wasn't just a snitch. When he wasn't being an abusive step-parent, he was often getting arrested. The get out of trouble, he would solve crimes for the police and prosecutors. The problem was, he made up all the information. He and Donna's mother engaged in elaborate storytelling to get innocent people arrested, charged, and convicted. One man is currently on death row for a crime he did not commit.
Donna opens up about these items. She discussed the effects on her family. She has podcast series coming out to cover thhe entire stories. Oh, and the Crypt Keeper himself (Alan Katz) is part of that series.

5 APR 2025 · Brad C. Anderson lives with his wife and puppy in Vancouver, Canada.
He teaches undergraduate business courses at a local university and
researches organizational wisdom in blithe defiance of the fact most
people do not think you can put those two words in the same
sentence without irony. Previously, he worked in the biotech sector,
where he made drugs for a living (legally!).
His stories have appeared in a variety of publications. His short story “Naïve Gods” was
longlisted for a 2017 Sunburst Award for Excellence in Canadian Literature of the Fantastic. It
was published in the anthology Lazarus Risen, which was itself nominated for an Aurora Award.
Ashme’s Song, the latest science fiction novel by Vancouver writer
Brad C. Anderson (author of Duatero), is a gritty, action-filled, far-
future cyberpunk-infused science fiction tale about resistance,
rebellion, and civil war—and the terrible toll it takes on
individuals and families. It releases December 17 from
Shadowpaw Press.
“Ashme’s Song is a science fiction story exploring family and
heroism at a time of civil war,” Anderson says. “I wrote this book
because I wanted to explore the tension between wanting to fight
for your people versus fleeing with your family.”
“Ashme’s Song is a gritty, thoroughly engaging, and thought-
provoking exploration of timeless themes of oppression,
resistance, and family ties, combined with fascinating
worldbuilding and a strong cyberpunk element,” says Edward Willett, publisher and editor of
