3 AUG 2021 · Fiona Lickorish, foresight consultant, previously led on horizon scanning and futures at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Since then she has taken that work to the Cranfield Institute for Resilient Futures and is also partly doing work with government agencies and academic institutions in the US, using scenarios and other foresight tools to look at how two agencies imagine their future co-production and working relationships. She talks about her experiences and draws attention to links between foresight and risk management in strategic thinking.
