30 APR 2020 · Trigger warnings: abuse (physical, emotional, parental abuse). In this episode, I talk about my parents. Not the easiest subject for me to talk or write about. But it is necessary to discuss these things. Because sometimes, your so-called loved ones, are the ones who love you in the unhealthiest way possible; it may even be that they have no love in their hearts. But it's definitely no fault of yours if you are at the receiving end of such toxicity and abuse. Know that in your heart, even in the bleakest of situations, it is never your fault that you are being abused.
