Moving Up - We aim to discuss key topics impacting on the barriers and enablers to engagement for care leavers across Wales.
This podcast is based on an all Wales research project funded by Health and Care Research Wales and led by Bangor University.
The contemporary conversations shared throughout this podcast series will focus on giving voice to young people, young adults who have experienced care, and multi-agency practitioners currently working as part of the Welsh care system.
There will also be discussions around the research project and what we learn about the 'lived experiences' of young adults leaving local authority care.
Croeso i'r podlediad Symud i Fyny!
Ein nod yw trafod pynciau allweddol sy'n effeithio ar y rhwystrau a'r galluogwyr i ymgysylltu ar gyfer y rhai sy'n gadael gofal ledled Cymru.
Mae’r podlediad hwn yn seiliedig ar brosiect ymchwil Cymru gyfan wedi ei ariannu gan Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal Cymru ac a arweinir gan Brifysgol Bangor.
Bydd y sgyrsiau cyfoes a rennir trwy gydol y gyfres bodlediadau hon yn canolbwyntio ar roi llais i bobl ifanc, oedolion ifanc sydd wedi cael profiad o ofal, ac ymarferwyr aml-asiantaethol sy’n gweithio fel rhan o system ofal Cymru ar hyn o bryd.
Bydd trafodaethau hefyd ynghylch y prosiect ymchwil a'r hyn rydym yn ei ddysgu am 'brofiadau byw' oedolion ifanc sy'n gadael gofal awdurdodau lleol.
