10 JUL 2025 · Life is hard. And if you're wrestling with mental health, it can feel almost impossible. I see that. I’ve lived that. But here's what I want you to remember as we wrap this season: you're not alone, and you’re not broken.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve laughed, reflected, and maybe even cried together. And through it all, I keep coming back to this: you’ve got this. I say that not as a cliché, but as someone who’s been in the trenches—the lowest of lows—and still found a way to keep moving. So if you’re listening to this and doubting your strength, let me be the one to remind you: you’re stronger than you think. Take a breath. Give yourself grace. And keep going. I’ll be right here when you need me again. Until then—take care of yourself. You deserve it.

I walk through what led to it, how I’m working through it, and what I’m putting in place so there are fewer days like that ahead. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, burned out, or just stretched too thin, this one’s for you. You’re not alone—none of us are.
