"THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME"
Your mind is the engineering room storing up the very potent energy capable of framing a powerful present and a preferred future.
You choose what you want to think and how you want to think.
This in itself is so powerful,only if we each learn to tap into our minds power.
Thoughts are powerful and life changing.
This nugget simply teaches on a powerful mindset we can consciously embrace and project in our workspace, businesses or craft even in our relationships and more.
People will try to say otherwise while others will come to acquiesce with you but remember they are not the determining factor here, YOU ARE.
So, let their opinion however it comes become secondary confirmation if I'm concurrence with what you already know
Setting our minds to think this way isn't about encouraging delusional thinking as might be said or seen, it's about setting up our minds in an all WIN pattern approach as to all we do and our outcomes.
By simply prioritising this mindset, our work and lifestyle begins to catch up to it gradually.

27 OCT 2021 · Most of the time, we're so concentrated on doing right by others that we tend to forget ourselves. Giving and loving others is a laudable virtue and still, lovingly paying attention to oneself is priceless.
This is because, we give as we have, we see the world as we are and a burnt out, stressed out mind cannot do much good.
Today's nugget as so stated encourages us to make a conscious choice to always watch and listen to the ways we speak to ourselves most especially in the privacy of our lone thoughts.
As a man thinketh, so is he.
What will it profit us to win everyone around us so lovingly and yet ourselves waste away?
You are important .
Your mental state is important.
A healthy relationship with yourself is a priority.
Being kind to yourself is a priority
A well deeply connected to it's endless water source can never run dry but will always have enough to give out of its fullness.
Therefore, watch that your mind is in a healthy conversation with you.
27 OCT 2021 · This looks like a very easy thing to do right? Taking more water and less fizzy drinks such as our carbonated drinks and more.
The importance of water cannot be overemphasized hence this particular soul diet which simply encourages us to make staying hydrated a priority in order to live healthy lives.
Water is one important element we cannot overlook, so today's nugget simply encourages us to replace our carbonated drinks and every other frequently consumed liquid with water as often as we can. The health benefits of water consumption are so many and mentioned in today's nugget. I hope you take a listen and do the needful which is make WATER your friend today.
22 OCT 2021 · Gratitude is a virtue that keeps us light, appreciative of what we have and where we are.
With this particular soul diet, we are encouraged to simply look around us and even within to identify those little things, great things and seemingly mundane things that makes us feel thankful in the littlest of ways.
A gratitude journal simply creates an enabling avenue to help us consciously keep our hearts full of gratitudel seeing where we are and how far we have come. This journal helps us see the little gratitude seeds that without giving a conscious thought, most times we overlook.
Even as there are a lot of issues we face on a daily basis which most times are unavoidable, waiting to be solved, tiring and draining... A gratitude journal helps to re-inspire us, makes us more hopeful, appreciative and kind to our journey...

14 OCT 2021 · Shouting is simply therapeutic which channeled through the right intent.
Our praise is our state of gratitude. Be it being thankful to God, our creator, ourselves or even others present in our lives.
The beautiful thing about this nugget is knowing that ITS OUR SHOUT and freely so. We are to make the choice of sending loving shout outs to ourselves even as we do to others.
No matter how minute the reason for the shout seems to us or by world's standards, this shout is authentically yours.. So why not make the most of it?
Shout because you're living and alive .
Shout because better days are here.
Shout because you've got love in your heart.
Shout because you're hopeful.
Shout because you got out of bed.
Shout because you're going to get it all as you so desire.
Shout because it's YOURS.
YOUR PRAISE.... YOUR SHOUT.. YOUR CHOICE..
14 OCT 2021 · Banking on the externals of life alone to give us happiness is such an unfulfilling way to live..
Thinking to ourselves that happiness is too costly or expensive is downright doing ourselves a disservice of not simply seeing the natural and seemingly mundane ways we can generate our happiness..
There will always be a constant flow of disappointmdnts especially maybe from those whom we expect much of.
This episode simply teaches and prompts us to learn to generate happiness from within ourselves .. it encourages us to look within for those simple things that make us feel alive which are not detrimental to our overall well-being and also not necessarily predicated on our external environment.
16 SEP 2021 · Deep belly breathing is such a subtle yet huge stress reliever. It is a wholesome friendly practice to add to our daily routine as it helps center our minds, release stress and grants us some serenity.
The good thing about this practice is that it is not stationary so meaning it can be practiced anywhere be it in our cars, at work, social gatherings, at home etc.
Everywhere we turn, there seems to be some news or situation tugging at our peace of mind and well being, wanting us stressed out and tired.
It is such a relief to know that this is one of the most inexpensive and very natural ways we can relieve ourselves from stress. It is recommended by yoga instructors and even health experts.
This is a very welcome practice and I hope you're in for it.

16 SEP 2021 · Everyday, there's always an avenue simply created by Life for offenses to happen. In our daily commune, transiting and gatherings, we often times will experiences hurts, disappointments, pain and more. We are left with the choice of what to do when such happens .
Good thing is that we have the sole choice of letting offenses go, practicing the sometimes hard and difficult route of forgiveness or let the pain fester and think up a retaliation strategy.
Since, we have this power of choice at our disposal, why not take the route which will lead to a healthy life/mind and a cheerful spirit/outlook. Either way, we get to choose and I hope, we get to choose the better route of Forgiving and letting go..
