12 SEP 2020 · This is the hearing I have been waiting a long time for. The prosecutors tried to pull an unconstitutional fast one on me. They filed for a gag order and then withdrew it after the ACLU wrote a brief on my behalf. They also changed the whole county attorney's office for the case, providing a new prosecutor from Grafton County to take it over. The new prosecutor stuck up for the original junk motion.
