26 SEP 2024 · I had the pleasure of taking a watercolor class at the coast with Robert Dvořák last month. I was struck by his simple passion for every one of us to create something beautiful in our own unique way. It didn’t matter how frustrated we got at what, in our mind, didn’t look “perfect.” He saw our potential as creative people and gently invited it to be expressed.
Creativity is one of the aspects of our true Self, yet so many people have gotten disconnected from it. It is where our inner child lives, where our connection to the Divine Creator lives. How is it that we have lost that connection?

12 SEP 2024 · I met John Perkins in Ecuador on journey, with the Pachamama Alliance, into the jungles to meet with the Achuar, a dreaming tribe. They wake up each morning way before dawn to drink tea, purge and tell their dreams to each other. The messages from their dreams informs them of the actions to take that day.
More than 50 years ago, John was in Peace Corps in Ecuador. He was saved from dying by an Achuar shaman. In the process of his healing, he saw how his perception of reality, or his dream of truth, was what caused him to go the brink of death. In exchange for his return to health, he became an apprentice to the shaman.
Over the next years, while a chief economist for the world bank, he continued to study with shamans all over the world. His work as chief economist inspired his New York Times bestselling book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, a must read. Plus, numerous other books, including those on his experience as a shaman.

22 AUG 2024 · In this riveting interview you will have the opportunity to discover the wisdom techniques that high achievers have used for centuries. From Archemides to J.K. Rowling to Nobel Prize winners, all have used these techniques which are simple but profound.
With the former Dean of Avila University, Dr. Maria Hunt, director of consciousness studies, Denis Greene set out to study the profiles of 36 high achievers vs. 36 random citizens. Using portable EEG machines, they found that the high achievers had three cognitive strategies in common that helped them replicate their connection to wisdom and brilliance.
They then went back in history to look at 100 historical figures and found the same techniques in common!
In addition to sharing the research, Greene also shares how the act of meditating daily since age 14 has led to a life of miracles and adventure. This includes his connection with the Institute of Noetic Science which has been scientifically studying consciousness for the past 50 years.

25 JUL 2024 · The United States is a major player in the world in numerous ways. We export our culture, our political climate, our economy and much more. The influence we have is enormous. When the news that the current president of the United States bowed out of the race, many people I know felt that a portal had opened to something new. Except with the exception of Obama, every U.S. president has been a white man, most of them white men of privilege. It is interesting to consider how the effects of that have radiated throughout the world.
In my communications, when money said to me, “The old matrix of humanity is domination and greed, and I have been aligned with that. The new matrix of humanity is collaboration and generosity, I want to be aligned with that, can you please help?” I first cried, then it dawned on me that there is a new matrix of humanity and it is inevitable. The question is when? How? Years ago, I read a book called “Change.” The premise is that change happens whether we want it to or not. We can either change voluntarily or involuntarily. According to the book, involuntarily pretty much sucks. So where are we in the change? Will the new matrix happen to us or with us? What will we, who live in the U.S., choose as country? Will the change be involuntary or voluntary? Will we have to go through four or more years of the true breaking down of old paradigms through death and destruction? Or can it be easy? Do we actually have a choice? What is ours to do? I believe everyone here at this time in history is here for a reason. What is yours? How will you play your part? Together with my husband, Mark Hurwich, fellow coach and artist, I will be opening the Akashic Records to give you insight and wisdom to guide you through these amazingly interesting, and powerful times we are living in.

It is a conscious community in northern Italy dedicated to shifting the time line of humanity from total destruction to peace. They have built amazing underground temples in the earth that hold frequencies design to create the shift. She is an amazing woman who has spent over 20 years in Damanhur studying the with founder and do research on traversing time lines for healing and activation. Reality Reimagined explores what’s new, what’s ancient and what’s emerging to create the new reality for humanity. She is going to be sharing her research on time and information on her upcoming workshops in California and the east coast. 13 JUN 2024 · In my experience every year, in the first two weeks of January the gym is filled with people vying for the workout machines. It’s frustrating. But, I know that by February it’ll be back to business as usual.
Why do 92% of all new year’s resolutions fail? Most of us create goals that are not necessarily what we want, but what we think we should want. We should be more motivated, thinner, more successful, more, more, more….
But, what if trying to be more is a never ending strategy that only leads to needing to be more of something? The consistent outside messages of who we should be only leads to frustration and stress.
What if looking outside was not the key? What if the keys to the kingdom of fulfillment and enough were available if you just knew how to access them? Desire is not a bad thing. It guides us to walk the path we came to walk. Creating a life worth living starts with listening to the still inner voice, taking action, and opening your receiving channels receive all the good that life has to offer. You are already enough.
