Societal structures appear to have doomed us to a ridiculed and menial existence. Because of all this, we have truly lost touch with what it means to be a healthy man in his fullness.
My guest on this episode, Jake Johnson, is a fitness trainer and pro nutritionist. He is passionate about helping men optimize their physical health; just as I am passionate about helping men optimize their mental health. Through a series of events, we have united forces to create a mens community called "The Pride." Our mission: To empower men to rediscover their potential of mind, body, and soul.
