Stephen Norton, owner and creator of Varo Fitness, a versatile weighted strength and conditioning bar made to be lifted anywhere at any time. With over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Stephen has owned multiple gyms including the box gym, Phoenix Fitness and Performance where he’s a personal trainer and Olympic lifting coach. Jeannine Quinn is a certified Life Coach, Health Coach and Personal Trainer. She’s also a practicing Human Resources Professional with over 30 years of experience and registered with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.
She is passionate about fitness and was a former natural bodybuilding competitor placing in several competitions. She also has a passion for dance and is an amateur ballroom dancer who competes with her pro partner/instructor.
She is also a recent pancreatic cancer survivor. She has become involved in supporting others going through this deadly diagnosis and disease. As a result, Jeannine has begun work on several new projects: writing her personal journey to share the knowledge she has learned to support others and becoming an advocate for pancreatic cancer research with Pancreatic Cancer Canada.
