10 JAN 2019 · We start to look at Rune Pulls (at last!) including the Single Rune Pull and the Three Rune Pull. We introduce the "Breathing Square" exercise, which is designed to create a Moment in Time, wherein we can do our Rune Pull. We also start on the Aettir of Hagalaz, the second aettir.

10 DEC 2018 · This week we finish Raidho and Kenaz, the fifth and sixth runes of the Elder Futhark. We also start to delve into the mysteries of Hugin and Munin, the far-travelers of the mind of Odhinn, the Hrafnaguð. (Raven God) What is the deep connection between Odhinn and the ravens? 3 DEC 2018 · How do the Norse myths teach you lessons for everyday and for life? We start to unwrap some famous myths of Odhinn and learn their wisdom. We star on the 5th Rune, Raidho.

19 NOV 2018 · In which we complete our study of the rune Thurisaz and then investigate Ansuz, the Rune of the Synthesizing Consciousness. Join us as we learn more of the wisdom of Odhinn and the Norns.

13 NOV 2018 · We hear of the journey to Jotunheim of Thorr and Loki, where they confront a powerful giant mage. We discuss sorcerous multipliers that allow you to use your magic more effectively using less energy, and finally we begin on the rune Thurisaz, the Rune of Awakening Consciousness. Join us!
