1 JUN 2024 · Healing chakras by art , meditation with colours. There are seven chakras. 1. Root chakra indicates survival, trust and grounding.Its red colour days "I am", 2. Sacral chakra is all about sex, creativity and abundance. Its orange colour says" I feel " 3.solar plexus tells about power, validation and manifestation. Yellow colour says " I do" 4.Heart chakra dedicates to love, healing and acceptance. Its green/ pink says" I love " 5.Throat chakra expresses and communicates. Its blue colour says that I speak 6.The third eye chakra points out to awareness,intrusion and thought.Its Indigo colour says that I see. 7.crown chakra is white/ violet colour. Spirituality, enlightenment says that I understand. The blocked chakras are healed by two steps. 1. Active process- Its all about natural ways. Drinking colourful detox water. Enjoying the company of nature. 2.passive process- by painting or doodling. Wearing particular root colour related chakras. Meditation, visualization is must as colour is light and light is energy. Feel it while rubbing two palms and feel the energy in between two palms after pulling slightly and pushing slowly. And see the effect.
