8 MAR 2022 · Welcome to the podcast as we give you a quick overview of the personal development wheel of life. The wheel of life contains 12 categories that we will discuss as a group during our coaching session. These are: Self image, business/career, finance/wealth, health, fitness, social/friends, family, love/romance, recreation/fun, contributions, personal growth, and religion/spirituality.
Now before we begin let's give you an understanding of the personal development wheel of life and how it can help you on your journey. The first thing to note is that the personal development wheel of life isn't a performance measurement tool or a goal setting tool. These things are important but they're not what the PD Wheel is about. It's about you - where you are right now in your life and where you want to be in the future. In essence it's just a simple tool that helps identify areas for improvement in your life and then helps guide you through the process of making those improvements. So many find it hard to decide what they want out of their lives and if they can't figure this out then it makes it very hard to set goals and make progress towards those goals.
