The problem I see right now is that everyone is telling you what to do. From the what you eat, the exercise routine you follow, what your mindset should be, how your should make money, what you should do for fun, the list goes on and on. And, we are hurting ourselves by following someone else’s advise. The only person that advise is good for is the person who created it.

In this podcast, I will give you food for thought and assignments on different ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. I will leave it up to you to figure out how that fits into the Big Picture of your life. I encourage you to get back to using your intuition of what is right for you and to stop listening to the “Sound Bites” of others. All the pieces we need to fit together to be whole are already inside you. You just need to put them together in your own uniques way.
