FC Cincinnati gets the deal done to add Evander to replace Luciano Acosta who is now in Dallas. Portland replaces Evander with David Pereira da Costa of FC Lens in France. The swaps are all completed. I'm still thinking FC Dallas came out the best in the deal, but we will wait and see how everything shakes out.Â
