7 JUL 2021 · This is my first podcast so please bear with me. I just felt like being spontaneous and start talking about how I was feeling in the moment. Just a brief overview of what’s going on and the overall lesson in it. There’s so much more to learn and talk about, this is only the beginning. It only gets better from here.
Never forget to talk about what you appreciate when you are talking about what brings you down. Life can be tough but your mindset will make it tougher. Never stay in a negative mindset for too long if at all. Once you catch yourself, change the way you think.
Life has its many ups and down but we have to learn how to embrace them. We have to appreciate each and every lesson and be able to feel the bigger picture even when we can’t see it. Isolation is okay because that’s when we learn the most about ourselves. These battles are only meant to build us not break us. So to everyone who feel as though life is beating them it’s okay. Keep your head up and keep fighting, keep learning. Sometimes we need pain to appreciate pleasure, sadness to appreciate happiness. Make sure you can find the lesson in every situation no matter how small.
In this episode I’m talking about how life sometimes separates us from everyone else in order for us to learn. Sometimes we have to confront ourselves but in order to do so we need to be alone. The divine might be distancing you from your friends for this very reason. We just have to find the lesson in it.
