Malcolm Wallace, an economist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, had a controversial past. In 1951, he was convicted of murdering John Douglas Kinser but received a suspended sentence. Over the years, Wallace has been implicated in various conspiracy theories, including allegations of involvement in the Kennedy assassination.

Peymon Mottahedeh, an Iranian-born Jewish immigrant, moved to the United States in 1977 and soon after became disillusioned with what he saw as discrepancies between America's ideals and its realities, especially within its financial and governance systems. This prompted him to delve deeper into American law and governance, ultimately leading him to establish the Freedom Law School in 1996, which aims to educate U.S. citizens about tax law and their related obligations. Advocacy groups and individuals, such as those associated with the accounts @tamaraleighllc and @helpstophate, have been vocal in their support for the release and pardoning of January 6 prisoners. These groups have organized vigils and campaigns and done several documentaries exposing the fedsurrection on January 6, 2021in the effort to raise awareness and push for action.
The pardoning of these political hostages looms over the backdrop of over 8000 Biden pardons consisting of rapists, pedophiles, gang members and he is also considering pre-emptive pardons for Fauci, Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff. If they are innocent, why the need for a pardon?
Classified Documents Scandal: President Biden faced scrutiny after classified documents from his time as vice president were found in unauthorized locations, including his home in Wilmington, Delaware, and at the Penn Biden Center. The Justice Department's handling of January 6th cases has been criticized for its heavy-handed tactics, perceived political bias, and disregard for civil liberties. As of today over 1,500 individuals had been arrested, including many non-violent offenders, raising concerns about the proportionality and fairness of the department's actions.
Many of those arrested for January 6th-related charges face accusations of non-violent offenses, such as trespassing, unlawful entry, or disorderly conduct. Despite the absence of violence in their alleged actions, the Justice Department has deployed heavily armed SWAT teams to conduct arrests—measures typically reserved for high-risk individuals. These aggressive operations have disrupted families and communities, leading critics to accuse the DOJ of overreach and prioritizing political messaging over the principles of justice.
