If you're here you've probably heard of the popular term "deconstruction." This trend is blowing up across the Christian sphere with many prominent leaders falling away from the faith, taking God's sheep with them. You, like me, may have experienced church hurt, hardships, or trying times that left you wondering where God is...if He's even there. Our goal is to create a safe place to discuss these topics and come together to encourage one another in the faith. In the end, it's not about a perfect journey, it's about never giving up on the One who gave it all for us.

30 MAY 2024 · People pleasing is a coping mechanism we adopt when we feel in danger. It's a way to protect ourselves from vulnerability.
To it's core, people pleasing is deceptive because it's dishonest. Women and men in toxic religious environments often find themselves adopting this coping mechanism thinking they are doing what God has called them to do which is "love well."
Loving well does not mean loving at the expense of your mental, emotional, and physical health. In today's video, we break all of this down and how to heal from people pleasing!

It's time to break off the shame...
Break off the doubt...
Or the unbelief in yourself or God...
All of this will only hold you back from all the good things that are awaiting you.
You're not a failure. It's okay. Just keep going.
