What happens when a group of female entrepreneurs who’ve never met before spend 28 days in rural Spain? The Break happens!Laila Noort, entrepreneur of The Break 2022 was selected to accelerate her project with Rooral in Artieda, a village of 76 inhabitants in the Pyrenees. It was there that she met Ana, co-founder of Rooral and Efecto Colibrí, leader of the programme and mentor of The Break. It turned out that they both shared a passion: Podcasts. Laila is the founder of Lagor Services and Ana of Efecto Colibrí (in English, the hummingbird effect). It was in the first session that they decided they were going to create an experiment. That's when they contacted Marcela, scriptwriter of the Efecto Colibrí team to join this madness that we have enjoyed so much. The Break podcast is the result of a process of collaboration, trust and unification between women entrepreneurs. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it!The episodes are set up as a conversation between different “Breakers” of the October/November 2022 cohorts. In each episode the participants share their experiences on the program, talk about their projects and always end up explaining how this experience changed their lives and businesses.

23 MAY 2023 · Mentoring is a powerful tool that fosters personal and professional growth. Mentors provide valuable insights, share their expertise, and offer advice based on their own experiences. They serve as role models, offering encouragement and motivation along the way. Mentoring relationships also create a safe space for mentees to ask questions, seek guidance, and receive constructive feedback. This process not only helps mentees develop new skills and knowledge but also boosts their confidence and self-esteem.
Marcella, Parva and Amanda will explain, from their experiences as The Breakers, how the program's mentoring process works, and more, how it helped them think in different ways and open themselves up to new opportunities.
And more, they share with you all about their companies and how they are developing the projects from the aspirations that come from a very deep and strong place in their personalities.
