29 JUN 2024 · This week we visited Sunnydale High School and checked out the pilot episode of Josh Whedon's smash-hit series 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', titled "Welcome to the Hellmouth". Despite this originally airing as a two-parter, we only review the first episode, which ended on a classic "to be continued". WHAT A HOOK! We also dive into the original Buffy film from 1992, the casting choices of Buffy's friends Xander and Willow, the music (including an amazing theme song from Nerf Herder), the vampire make-up design, the pros/cons of the dialogue and more.
