In this episode I talk about past mistakes that were created through controlling behaviors, realizations, breaking free from generational trauma and the importance of forgiving yourself and others. I also break down why it's important to give and allow grace to our parents/family because they too are going through this lifetime for the first time and quite frankly no one is born into this world with a handbook that shows right from wrong. As we navigate through life, it's important to stay aware of our expiriences, so we don't pass the generational traumas to the generations yet to come. In this episode I also talk about forgiving ourselfves and others and the importance of letting go in order to attain ultimate fulfilment. I hope you enjoy listening to this episode.
