see it. It will also help you to find alternatives to smoking, when you are craving it. Please
practice it every day for a week.
When Facing Problems
25 AUG 2019 · This exercise will help you look into your own problems solving strategies. It will
help you find alternative and more efficient ways of looking at problems, so you don’t
have to reach for a cigarette when you are struggling.
This exercise begins with some relaxtion, before going in to the visualisations.
