Mr. Siegler has and continues to serve as a board member and advisor to various corporate, educational, and charitable organizations. Mr. Siegler is a founding board member of the Simon Wiesenthal Center as well as a member of Steven Spielberg’s Survivors of the Shoah Foundation. As such, Mr. Siegler interviews holocaust survivors that are filmed, documented, and distributed to educational centers around the world. Mr. Siegler is a coach of the U 18 United States Boys Maccabi Soccer team, which competes internationally. Mr. Siegler served in the United States Naval Reserves as an Air Traffic Controller while also receiving his pilot’s license.

27 DEC 2023 · Sonja Thoms played oboe in the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra, and earned a bachelor’s degree at Eastman School of Music and a master’s degree in oboe performance at Rice University. She performed as an oboist with the Lucerne Academy Orchestra, National Repertory Orchestra, New World Symphony, and the Alarm Will Sound new music ensemble. Thoms moved into orchestra operations through an internship with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center. In 2006, she started working in operations for the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, and in 2015 Thoms moved to the Nashville Symphony to lead the operations department. Some of her projects at the Nashville Symphony include the annual Summer Community Concert Series, the Violins of Hope Project, hosting the League of American Orchestras’ 2019 National Conference, and supporting the orchestra’s return to the stage after pandemic shutdowns. In 2019, Thoms created OrchestraCareer.com, an online mentoring service that provides a bridge for young people from college to careers at orchestras. She has been instrumental in creating the first-ever student content at League Conferences.

Under his leadership EBRP has accelerated the landscape from 2 to over 40 clinical trials and via their award winning venture philanthropy methodology funded the first FDA approved treatment for EB in 2023, the first ever topical gene therapy. In Michael’s tenure, EBRP’s innovative business model has garnered recognition from Harvard Business School, Yale University, MIT, Stanford Social Innovation Review, Rolling Stone, and Forbes. He lives in Connecticut with his wife Sarah and four daughters.

Mr. Jackson joined the Corporation on August 15, 2022 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Mr. Jackson came to the Corporation following a successful 14-year tenure with First Horizon Bank where his previous roles included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Regional Banking based in Memphis, TN, Regional President for the State of Florida and Market President for Southeast Tennessee and Atlanta. Prior to his career in banking, he spent 15 years with IBM in a variety of positions. Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Auburn University and received a Certificate of Corporate strategy from Columbia University.

10 NOV 2023 · Denise Woodard is the Founder and CEO of Partake Foods, the allergy-friendly company that was inspired by her daughter’s experience with food allergies. Key moments this year include that Partake Foods announced it became a Certified B Corporation, and launched a collab with Ben & Jerry’s! Created in 2016, Denise started the business by self-distributing (selling cookies out of her car around NYC) and self-funding (depleting her 401K and selling her engagement ring). To date, the company has raised more than $20M from investors including HER, Rihanna, Circle Up Growth Partners, FF2032 and Marcy Venture Partners (Jay-Z’s venture capital firm). Partake was named #45 on the Inc 5000 list in 2022. Denise was the first Black woman to raise more than $1 Million publicly for a CPG food startup. As a Black woman, Denise is passionate about raising awareness of Black and female entrepreneurship and increasing opportunities for underrepresented people seeking careers in the food and beverage industry. In 2020, Denise founded Black Futures in Food & Beverage, an annual fellowship program that mentors HBCU students and helps them secure internships and jobs at the program’s end. Prior to launching Partake, Denise spent a decade in consumer-packaged goods at various Fortune 100 companies. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jeremy, and daughter, Vivienne. She graduated with her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Arizona State University.
