Everyday life. We all want to make the great changes that are going to lead us to make HUGE strides and accomplish everything we want. And the simplest way to do that is by improving our behaviors in everyday life. It's been proven, humans act out of habit and we need to change how we behave on the regular before we can change at the grand level. From how to deal with conflict at work, holidays with the family, to setting boundaries with roommates.

This episode takes you down a journey of linguistics and how growing up in Williamsburg (BK) shaped the lingo and way in which the two hosts expressed themselves through linguistics. Some expressions are no longer acceptable and things change for the best, as being inclusive is of utter importance (bc as you’ll hear, the hosts have had their share of experiences with lack of inclusion).

While participating in some late night Taco Bell shenanigans we met a young man who we briefly chatted with. We explained what we do and he shared his passions including making the move from the east coast to California.
