This episode, I’m hosting my dear friend Isabelle Bede - a journalist, creative content strategist working in digital media, and the co-founder of Lábios Livres.

Lábios Livres is a sexual education page and community on Instagram, and since starting it in November of 2020, it grew organically to be 40k followers strong. Not too bad, eh?

The good people of Lábios Livres teach people who identify as women to ferociously and unapologetically love their own bodies and explore the true meaning of pleasure for them every single day.

But starting such a page, and managing it through the restrictions of Instagram, is a daily challenge - both practically-wise and mentally-wise.
