Haven't listened fully yet, but HOW did you know to go on this? I had a baby with a guy, we recently reconnected after 25 yrs ago (I had totally moved on, I thought) but when we talked omg the feelings came right back. WHY? HOW? I had healed before this. Now Im stuck on this guy and need not be. Anxious attachment isnt okay!
