Anything and everything goes through your mind. And if you're a grandparent, hang on! That's all I've gotta say. But there are some things we can do to find the serenity in the storm. 1. Embrace Imperfection: Parenting is messy, unpredictable, and often imperfect - and that's okay. Allow yourself to let go of the need for perfection and instead focus on being present and creating meaningful moments with your children. 2. Practice Self-Care: It's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of parenting and forget to take care of yourself.
