Story Transcript:

El: Συνουσιάζοντας με την πόλη των Αθηνών, το μεσημέρι είχε μεταφραστεί σε ένα πλουμπί σχέδιο ουρανού, λίγο πριν την έναρξη της παράστασης.
En: Intertwined with the city of Athens, midday had transformed into a canvas of sky blue, just moments before the performance began.

El: Ο Δημήτριος, η Σοφία και ο Νίκος, στενοί φίλοι για πολλά χρόνια, ετοιμάζονταν να χορέψουν στην κεντρική πλατεία, στην καρδιά της αιώνιας πόλης.
En: Dimitrios, Sofia, and Nikos, close friends for many years, were preparing to dance in the central square, at the heart of the eternal city.

El: Η Σοφία φόραγε ένα λευκό φόρεμα, λευκότερο και από τις μαρμάρινες στοές της Ακρόπολης.
En: Sofia was wearing a white dress, whiter than the marble colonnades of the Acropolis.

El: Ο Δημήτριος, από την άλλη, είχε στα χέρια του ένα μπολ με τζατζίκι, το αγαπημένο του εδεσμα.
En: Dimitrios, on the other hand, held a bowl of tzatziki, his favorite dish.

El: Το τζατζίκι, όπως το παράγαγε η γιαγιά του, ήταν για αυτόν τον μουσικό συνδυασμό γεύσης και αναμνήσεων, χορεύοντας στο στόμα του με κάθε γλυκιά μπουκιά.
En: The tzatziki, as made by his grandmother, was for him a musical combination of flavors and memories, dancing in his mouth with every sweet bite.

El: Ο Δημήτριος, πάντα διασκεδαστής, ενώ προσπάθησε να ανακατέψει το τζατζίκι με λίγο κέφι, χύθηκε πάνω στο λαμπερό λευκό φόρεμα της Σοφίας.
En: Dimitrios, always the entertainer, while trying to mix the tzatziki with a little flair, spilled it all over Sofia's gleaming white dress.

El: Η στιγμή σιγής που ακολούθησε κατέπνιξε την πνοή του πλήθους.
En: The moment of silence that followed silenced the crowd.

El: Παρ' όλα αυτά, δεν υπήρχε χρόνος για σκύψιμο ή απογοήτευση.
En: Nevertheless, there was no time for bowing or disappointment.

El: Ο Νίκος, ο ψυχρός και σταθερός της παρέας, συγκράτησε την Σοφία, που γέμισε τα μάτια της με δάκρυα.
En: Nikos, the steady and calm one of the group, held onto Sofia, whose eyes filled with tears.

El: "Χορεύουμε," είπε απλά.
En: "We dance," he simply said.

El: Και με αυτό, τραβώντας την προς το κέντρο της πίστας, άρχισε τον χορό.
En: And with that, pulling her towards the center of the dance floor, the dance began.

El: Η Σοφία, αν και εξακολουθούσε να είναι σοκαρισμένη, αρχίζει να ακολουθεί τον ρυθμό.
En: Sofia, although still in shock, started following the rhythm.
