Mark Borkowski is president of Mercantile Mergers & Acquisitions mid mid-market sell-side M&A brokerage firm based in Toronto since 1987. Mercantile is focused on the sale of private founder-owned businesses sold to international strategic, private equity, Family Offices, institutional or private high net buyers.
