Cs: Slunce zářilo nad Prahou.
En: The sun was shining over Prague.

Cs: Jan a Eliška šli po Karlově mostě.
En: Jan and Eliška were walking on the Charles Bridge.

Cs: Byla sobota odpoledne a most byl plný turistů.
En: It was Saturday afternoon, and the bridge was full of tourists.

Cs: Eliška měla nový foťák.
En: Eliška had a new camera.

Cs: S nadšením fotila sochy a věže na mostě.
En: She was enthusiastically taking pictures of the statues and towers on the bridge.

Cs: Jan obdivoval krásný výhled na řeku a hrady kolem.
En: Jan admired the beautiful view of the river and the castles around.

Cs: "Eliško, dávej pozor, kam šlapeš," řekl Jan.
En: "Eliška, watch where you're stepping," said Jan.

Cs: Ale Eliška byla příliš zaujatá focením.
En: But Eliška was too engrossed in taking pictures.

Cs: Najednou zakopla o kámen a spadla.
En: Suddenly, she tripped over a stone and fell.

Cs: Chytila se za svůj kotník.
En: She grabbed her ankle.

Cs: "Au, bolí mě noha," řekla Eliška a slzy jí vyhrkly do očí.
En: "Ouch, my leg hurts," said Eliška, and tears welled up in her eyes.

Cs: "Nemohu chodit."
En: "I can't walk."

Cs: Jan se k ní rychle sehnul.
En: Jan quickly bent down to her.

Cs: Viděl, že její kotník je oteklý.
En: He saw her ankle was swollen.

Cs: "To nevypadá dobře.
En: "This doesn't look good.

Cs: Musím ti najít pomoc," řekl Jan rozhodně.
En: I need to find you help," Jan said decisively.

Cs: Jan pomohl Elišce vstát a opřel ji o zábradlí mostu.
En: Jan helped Eliška stand up and leaned her against the bridge railing.

Cs: Pomalu ji vedl k lavičce na konci mostu.
En: He slowly led her to a bench at the end of the bridge.

Cs: Několik lidí se zastavilo a nabízelo svou pomoc.
En: Several people stopped and offered their help.

Cs: "Pomůžete nám, prosím?"
En: "Can you help us, please?"

Cs: zeptal se Jan kolemjdoucí paní.
En: Jan asked a passing lady.

Cs: Ta kývla a pomohla Janovi posadit Elišku na lavičku.
En: She nodded and helped Jan seat Eliška on the bench.

Cs: "Musíme zavolat sanitku," řekla paní.
En: "We need to call an ambulance," the lady said.

Cs: Jan vytáhl mobil a rychle zavolal na číslo 112.
En: Jan pulled out his phone and quickly called 112.

Cs: Popsal situaci a řekl, že Eliška potřebuje lékařskou pomoc.
En: He described the situation and said that Eliška needed medical help.

Cs: "Eliško, neboj se.
En: "Eliška, don't worry.

Cs: Sanitka je na cestě," řekl Jan a držel ji za ruku.
En: The ambulance is on its way," Jan said, holding her hand.

Cs: Eliška byla vděčná za jeho podporu.
En: Eliška was grateful for his support.

Cs: Během několika minut dorazila sanitka.
En: Within a few minutes, the ambulance arrived.

Cs: Lékař zkontroloval Eliščin kotník.
En: The doctor checked Eliška's ankle.

Cs: "Máte vymknutý kotník.
En: "You have a sprained ankle.

Cs: Pojedeme do nemocnice," řekl lékař.
En: We are going to the hospital," the doctor said.

Cs: Jan pomohl Elišce nastoupit do sanitky.
En: Jan helped Eliška get into the ambulance.

Cs: Posadili se vedle sebe.
En: They sat next to each other.

Cs: "Díky, Jane," řekla Eliška.
En: "Thanks, Jan," said Eliška.

Cs: "Bez tebe bych to nezvládla."
En: "I wouldn't have managed without you."

Cs: Jan se usmál.
En: Jan smiled.

Cs: "To je v pořádku, Eliško.
En: "It's alright, Eliška.

Cs: Vždy jsem tady pro tebe."
En: I'm always here for you."

Cs: Eliška se na něj podívala a usmála se, i když ji kotník stále bolel.
En: Eliška looked at him and smiled, even though her ankle still hurt.

Cs: Cítila se bezpečně, protože věděla, že Jan vždy bude po jejím boku.
En: She felt safe, knowing that Jan would always be by her side.

Cs: Krajem se ozýval zvuk sanitky odjíždějící do nemocnice.
En: The sound of the ambulance leaving for the hospital echoed through the area.

Cs: Eliška věděla, že s Janem po jejím boku zvládne jakékoliv překážky, které jim život přinese.
En: Eliška knew that with Jan by her side, she could overcome any obstacles that life would bring.

Cs: A tak skončil jejich den na Karlově mostě.
En: And so their day on the Charles Bridge ended.

Cs: Bylo to dobrodružství plné nástrah, ale také plné přátelství a vzájemné podpory.
En: It was an adventure full of challenges, but also full of friendship and mutual support.
