"Deliver(ing) immediate response and long-term recovery solutions to underserved communities across the globe" is the mission of the nonprofit, Community Organized Relief Effort (CORE), and since 2010, they have been accomplishing this, at first in Haiti after two major disasters, and now around the world.
This week's guest in the Disaster Tough Podcast, Jerome Lebleu, has spearheaded those efforts at CORE for the past eight years.
Jerome brings more than 15 years of experience to the humanitarian response space between CORE (previously known as J/P Haitian Relief Organization), and Global Communities before that.
In this episode, Jerome and John Scardena discuss the importance of interoperability, servant leadership, and living up to your principles as an organization to successfully respond to disasters and help underserved communities.
