Ko: 가을 햇살이 부드럽게 비추는 날, 지호와 수민은 경복궁으로 갔다.
En: On a day when the autumn sunlight gently shone, Jiho and Sumin went to Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Ko: 오늘은 추석이다. 가족들이 모두 모여서 특별한 날을 보낼 것이다.
En: Today is Chuseok. The family will gather and spend this special day together.

Ko: 경복궁 입구에 도착하자마자, 지호는 눈을 크게 뜨고 물었다. "여기 정말 멋지다! 수민 누나, 저기 큰 나무 아래 뭐가 있지?"
En: As soon as they arrived at the entrance of Gyeongbokgung, Jiho opened his eyes wide and asked, "This place is really amazing! Sumin, what's under that big tree over there?"

Ko: 수민은 웃으며 대답했다. "저건 오래된 회화나무야. 우리 조상들이 여기를 지키기 위해 심은 나무야."
En: Sumin replied with a smile, "That's an old pagoda tree. Our ancestors planted it to protect this place."

Ko: 가족들이 모여서 큰 돗자리를 깔고 앉았다. 아빠는 송편을 꺼내두었다. "자, 모두들 맛있게 먹어요!"
