As we look back at history, we should ask "What has God been doing and why?" We should also ask "Where is it all heading?" According to Hinduism, we're not going anywhere; history is circular with different reincarnations based on your behavior. However, the Bible teaches that history is linear. God has a grand plan and glorious purposes for His creation and His people. The biblical story is moving from creation to new creation. When this age come to an end God will bring about a new heaven and new earth where His people will dwell with Him for eternity!
