Story Transcript:
Ga: I lár bhaile beag in Éirinn, bhí teach tábhairne álainn a dtugtaí "Tigh Mhicí" air.
En: In a small village in Ireland, there was a beautiful pub called "Tigh Mhicí".
Ga: Bhí an t-atmaisféar te agus fáilteach, agus bhí an t-úinéir, Sean, aithnidiúil as a dheochanna breátha agus a scéalta spraíúla.
En: The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the owner, Sean, was known for his excellent drinks and entertaining stories.
Ga: Tráthnóna fuar geimhridh amháin, tháinig bean darbh ainm Maeve isteach sa teach tábhairne le teasaí.
En: One cold winter evening, a woman named Maeve came into the pub seeking warmth.
Ga: I suíochán cois teallaigh, faoi scamall tobac agus i ngreim na gcúinne, shuigh ceann beag, Seanó, le hata dearg geal agus cóta glas.
En: Sitting by the fireplace, surrounded by tobacco smoke and in the corner's grasp, sat an old man, Sean, wearing a bright red hat and a green coat.
Ga: Bhí Sean seanbhunaithe ag obair, agus níor thug sé mórán airde ar an gceann beag a bhí ina shuidhe ansin ina aonar.
En: Sean was deeply focused on his work and paid little attention to the small figure sitting alone nearby.
Ga: Tháinig Sean chuig an bhfear beag.
En: Sean approached the little man.
Ga: "An mbeidh pionta Guinness agat?
En: "Will you have a pint of Guinness?"
Ga: " arsa Sean go haerach.
En: asked Sean cheerfully.
Ga: D'fhéach an t-aoi beag suas, agus lonraigh a shúile glasa dá réir.
En: The guest looked up, and his green eyes sparkled.
Ga: Bhí iontas ar Sean nuair a fhreagair an créatúr beag in guth milis caol, "Ní haon chustaiméir mé, a Sheáin.
En: Sean was surprised when the little creature replied in a gentle, sweet voice, "I'm no customer, Sean.
Ga: Tá mé anseo chun tuilleadh a fhoghlaim faoi na daoine mórthimpeall orm.
En: I'm here to learn more about the people around me."
Ga: "Thug Maeve faoi deara an comhrá aisteach agus chuaigh sí níos gaire chun éisteacht.
En: Maeve noticed the odd conversation and moved closer to listen.
Ga: Chonaic sí go raibh rud éigin as an ngnáth faoin gceann beag.
En: She realized there was something extraordinary about the little figure.
Ga: Agus é ag caint leis an leprechaun, thosaigh Sean ag tuiscint go raibh sé i gcomhrá leis an mbeagánach as na finscéalta.
En: As he talked with the leprechaun, Sean began to understand that he was conversing with the being from the folklore.
Ga: Chuir an leprechaun iontas ar Sean lena chineáltas agus a áilleacht.
En: The leprechaun impressed Sean with his kindness and beauty.
Ga: Theastaigh ó Shean cur lena eolas, mar sin d'iarr sé ar an mbeagánach inis dá scéal.
En: Sean wanted to expand his knowledge, so he asked the little one to tell him his story.
Ga: Le ham, d'fhás an t-atmaisféar istigh níos draíochtúla agus an leprechaun ag insint a scéalta ó shinsearacht.
En: Over time, the atmosphere inside became more magical with the leprechaun telling tales from his heritage.
Ga: Bhí gach éisteoir faoi gheasa ag a bhéaloidis, an ór a bhí ceilte, na heachtraí ionsaitheacha, agus na hollphéisteanna a bhí buailte.
En: Every listener was enchanted by his folklore, the celebrated gold, the daring adventures, and the mythical creatures encountered.
Ga: Tháinig deireadh leis an oíche, agus bhí a fhios ag Sean agus Maeve go raibh rud éigin speisialta tarlaithe in "Tigh Mhicí" an oíche sin.
En: The night came to an end, and Sean and Maeve knew something special had happened at "Tigh Mhicí" that night.
Ga: Bhí bronntanas gan choinne fágtha ag an leprechaun - pionta óir líonta go barr.
En: The leprechaun left a priceless gift – a pint of gold filled to the top.
Ga: Thuig Sean a earráid ach d'fhoghlaim sé ceacht luachmhar faoi osclaíocht agus áilleacht na n-earraíod.
En: Sean understood its meaning and learned a valuable lesson about the value and beauty of possessions.
Ga: Dul abhaile, labhair Maeve agus Sean faoi na féidearthachtaí a bhí os a gcomhair anois leis na scéalta a bhí cloiste acu agus an t-ór a bhí faighte acu.
En: As they went home, Maeve and Sean discussed the possibilities presented to them by the stories they had heard and the gold they had received.
Ga: Bhí rún déanta acu coinneáil leis an teach tabhairne mar áit draíochtúil inar féidir le scéalta maithe agus carachtair iontacha sceitheadh isteach gan choinne.
En: They made a pact to keep the pub as a magical place where good stories and fascinating characters could always enter without hesitation.
