Mia J. Hanks is a survivor of narcissistic abuse. She was married to a covert narcissist for 29 years, and has taken her experiences and put them into a memoir titled Bride-Made.
Her book talks about her journey from being groomed by a narcissist, slowly realizing she was in a toxic relationship, and eventually escaped to reclaim her self worth.
