Billy Chemirmir was found guilty of murdering two elderly women in upscale Texas retirement homes and accused of 20 more killings. If one of his victims had not survived his smothering attempt, he might have never been apprehended.
Shortly before his death at the hands of his cellmate, suspected serial killer Billy Chemirmir is the focus of a newly released docuseries on Paramount+ titled "Pillowcase Murders." He was killed by a fellow inmate in a Texas prison in 2023, according to authorities.
