He has spent more time there as an athlete than anyone else, and as a result has more stories about the various Cal Strength eras, the famous lifters who have trained there, and managing the different cultures that have arisen as a result. Rob is a guy that I have always spoken highly of, and one who more than almost anyone else embodies the idea that hard work over time produces incredible results.
