Jen Culpepper is a 35 year old mom of 3 and is currently an Assistant Shift Supervisor with Dekalb Fire Rescue. She's been in EMS for 20 years and started running calls at 14 years old with the explorer program that was available in the county she grew up in. Jen has been a paramedic for 10 years, spent 8 years at AMR, and was a FTO there for 5 years. Having a dad that is a retired police officer, Jen says she grew up in public safety.
