June being Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to touch on a diferent kind of topic. One that I can really relate to and find very intriguing. That is church traditions and mental health. Two entities or topics that play a huge role in my life. On this episode, I briefly discuss some of the negative effects church has on mental health. As well as areas of improvement, and ways that they can enrich and contribute to the sustaining of good mental health.
