Story Transcript:

Lt: Vieną pavasario dieną, kai saulė šildė Aukštaitijos Nacionalinio Parko medžių viršūnes, Giedrius su draugėmis Jurga ir Eglė nusprendė išvykti į gamtą.
En: One spring day, when the sun was warming the treetops of Aukštaitija National Park, Giedrius and his friends Jurga and Eglė decided to go out into nature.

Lt: Jie pakėlė kuprines ant pečių ir įžengė į kvapą gniaužiantį mišką, pilną spalvingų gėlių ir paukščių čiulbėjimo.
En: They hoisted their backpacks onto their shoulders and entered the breathtaking forest, full of colorful flowers and the chirping of birds.

Lt: Nors draugai buvo sugėdę, iš pradžių diena prasidėjo labai linksmai.
En: Although the friends were a bit embarrassed, the day started off very cheerfully.

Lt: Jie vaikščiojo miško takais, juokaudami ir dalinosi senais atsiminimais.
En: They walked along the forest paths, joking and sharing old memories.

Lt: Bet netrukus Giedrius pastebėjo didelį baltą gandro snukį, išsikišusį iš lapų.
En: But soon Giedrius noticed a large white goose snout sticking out from the leaves.

Lt: Jis buvo tikras, kad tai bus tobula proga pasidaryti įspūdingą asmenukę.
En: He was sure that this would be the perfect opportunity to take an impressive selfie.

Lt: Nepaisant draugių abejonių, Giedrius ėmėsi drąsos ir užkopė ant šalia esančios senos ąžuolo šakos, kad geriau išsifotografuotų su gandru.
En: Despite his friends' doubts, Giedrius gathered his courage and climbed onto an adjacent old oak branch to get a better picture with the goose.

Lt: Tačiau, kadangi šaka buvo slidus ir nelygus, netikėtai jis prarado pusiausvyrą ir įstrigo tarp šakų!
En: However, since the branch was slippery and uneven, he unexpectedly lost his balance and got stuck between the branches!

Lt: Jurga ir Eglė nustėro, išgirdusios jo šauksmą.
En: Jurga and Eglė gasped when they heard his scream.

Lt: Eglė skubėjo padėti, siūlydama įvairius planus, kaip išlaisvinti Giedrių, o Jurga bėgo į artimiausią kaimelį pagalbos.
En: Eglė hurried to help, suggesting various plans to free Giedrius, while Jurga ran to the nearest village for help.

Lt: Be ilgo laiko, Jurga sugrįžo su keletu vietinių gyventojų, kurie pasiūlė savo pagalbą.
En: Before long, Jurga returned with several local residents who offered their assistance.

Lt: Kartu, naudodami kaimyno kopėčias ir virves, jie ištraukė Giedrių iš medžio gniaužtų.
En: Together, using the neighbor's ladders and ropes, they freed Giedrius from the tree's clutches.

Lt: Giedrius buvo nepaprastai dėkingas už pagalbą, bet jo nuotykis privertė jį suprasti, kad saugumas gamtoje yra svarbesnis už asmenukę.
