Pl: Tomek i Basia pełni niecierpliwości opuszczali Gdańsk i jechali w stronę morza.
En: Tomek and Basia were filled with anticipation as they left the city of Gdańsk and drove towards the seaside.

Pl: Świeciło słońce, niebo było błękitne, a ptaki śpiewały.
En: The sun was shining, the sky was blue and the birds were singing.

Pl: Wydawało się, że wreszcie nadeszło lato.
En: It felt as if summer had finally arrived.

Pl: Dwaj przyjaciele od dawna planowali tę wyjątkową wycieczkę na wybrzeże i nie mogli się doczekać dnia pełnego zabawy i relaksu.
