Af: Hy kan die sout in die lug proe.
En: He can taste the salt in the air.

Af: Annelie, sy suster, staan langs hom.
En: Annelie, his sister, stands next to him.

En: She smiles broadly.

Af: "Wat 'n mooi dag vir ons gesin se reünie," sê Pieter.
