Ru: На берегу Байкала было тихо.
En: It was quiet on the shores of Baikal.

Ru: Трое друзей – Матвей, Алина и Вадим – отправились в поход.
En: Three friends – Matvey, Alina, and Vadim – had gone on a hike.

Ru: Они давно хотели увидеть эти места.
En: They had long wanted to see these places.

Ru: Солнце светило ярко.
En: The sun was shining brightly.

Ru: Друзья шли по тропе и любовались природой.
En: The friends walked along the trail, admiring nature.

Ru: Вдруг раздался крик.
En: Suddenly, there was a scream.

Ru: Вадим упал и сильно ударил ногу.
En: Vadim had fallen and seriously hurt his leg.

Ru: Он не мог встать.
En: He couldn't stand up.

Ru: Матвей и Алина растерялись.
En: Matvey and Alina were confused.

Ru: Ближайшая деревня была далеко.
En: The nearest village was far away.

Ru: Рядом не было врачей.
En: There were no doctors nearby.

Ru: "Алина, нам нужно помочь Вадиму," – сказал Матвей.
En: "Alina, we need to help Vadim," said Matvey.

Ru: "Ему очень больно.
En: "He's in a lot of pain."

Ru: "Алина быстро нашла палку и сделала из неё костыль для Вадима.
En: Alina quickly found a stick and made a crutch for Vadim.

Ru: Они медленно начали двигаться обратно к деревне.
En: They slowly started moving back towards the village.

Ru: Матвей поддерживал Вадима с одной стороны, Алина – с другой.
En: Matvey supported Vadim from one side, and Alina from the other.

Ru: Путь был долгим.
En: The journey was long.

Ru: Солнце уже садилось.
En: The sun was already setting.

Ru: Нога Вадима сильно болела.
En: Vadim's leg hurt badly.

Ru: Но они не сдавались.
En: But they didn't give up.

Ru: "Скоро будет деревня," – шепнул Матвей.
En: "We'll soon reach the village," Matvey whispered.

Ru: "Нам надо продержаться.
En: "We just need to hold on."

Ru: "В темноте друзья увидели огни.
En: In the dark, the friends saw lights.

Ru: Это была деревня.
En: It was the village.

Ru: Они радостно закричали.
En: They shouted joyfully.

Ru: Люди из деревни помогли им.
En: People from the village helped them.

Ru: Вадима уложили на носилки и отнесли к врачу.
En: They laid Vadim on a stretcher and took him to the doctor.

Ru: "Спасибо вам," – сказал Вадим.
En: "Thank you," said Vadim.

Ru: "Вы спасли меня.
En: "You saved me."

Ru: "Матвей и Алина улыбнулись.
En: Matvey and Alina smiled.

Ru: Они знали, что вместе могут справиться с любыми трудностями.
En: They knew that together they could overcome any difficulties.
